Partial Refund Eligibility
Given the custom nature of our services and the resources invested from the onset of each project, we do not offer full refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring client satisfaction and may consider partial refunds under specific circumstances, subject to the following conditions:
Request Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the project delivery date.
Evaluation: Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering the amount of work completed and the extent to which the project has progressed.
Admin and Cost Recovery Fee: If a refund is deemed appropriate, a 25% administration and cost recovery fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the partial recovery of the resources and efforts expended on the project.
Refund Process
Initiation: Clients wishing to request a refund should contact us directly at someone@anagency.com.au, providing detailed reasons for the request alongside any relevant project details.
Assessment: Our team will assess the request, taking into account the work completed and the reasons provided for the refund.
Outcome: We aim to resolve refund requests within 30 days. If a partial refund is approved, the amount, minus the 25% admin and cost recovery fee, will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days of the decision.
Intellectual Property and Work Product
In the event of a partial refund, all work products and materials provided must be returned to AnAgency.com.au PTY LTD, and any intellectual property rights initially granted will be rescinded. The client agrees to cease the use of any delivered work, designs, or materials, with all ownership rights reverting to AnAgency.com.au PTY LTD.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
Services that have been fully completed and approved by the client.
Direct costs already incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., domain registration, hosting services).Delays or project cancellations resulting from factors outside AnAgency.com.au PTY LTD's control.
