Clients are responsible for all advertising spend directly paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). An Agency does not control or manage these payments and is not liable for any charges incurred.
2. Performance Metrics
While we aim to achieve a minimum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of 3x, actual results may vary based on various factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.
3. Liability
An Agency is not liable for any losses or damages arising from advertising campaigns, including but not limited to:
Platform policy changes
Account suspensions
Billing errors by third-party platforms
Clients are encouraged to review and understand the terms and policies of the advertising platforms they use.
