Refund Policy

At An Agency, we strive to deliver high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of our work, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Web Development Services

We do not offer refunds for custom web development projects once the project has commenced, as significant resources are allocated from the outset.

2. Ready-Made Websites

All sales of ready-made websites are final. Upon purchase, ownership is transferred to the client, and no refunds are provided.

3. Digital Marketing Services

• Setup Fees: Non-refundable

• Ongoing Services: If agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are not met within three months, we will refund the last month's management fee.

4. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty on websites we develop, covering technical bugs related to our code, layout, or integrations. This warranty does not cover issues arising from third-party plugins, user errors, or unauthorized modifications.
